Brunner Aerospace Authorized by the Department of Defense Trade Control to Conduct Defense Brokering Activities

Pinckney, MI (December 17, 2015) – Brunner Aerospace, LLC (BA) is now authorized, in accordance with the rules and regulations of Section 38(b)(1)(A)(ii) of the Arms Export Controls Act (AECT) (22 U.S.C. 2778) to engage in the business of brokering activities with respect to the manufacture, export, import or transfer U.S. or foreign defense article or defense services.

“Obtaining authorization from the Department of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to conduct manufacturing and brokering activities of U.S and foreign defense articles or services continues to support our goals in becoming a world class Aviation Defense Products and Services provider.

This registration license allows Brunner Aero to fully support its global customer base with a host of products and services in the defense arena. Brunner Aero is now fully licensed to support products and services for Categories I – V, and VII – XII of the United States Munitions List (USML). ” stated Christopher J.
